Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the HR team, handling tasks such as employee records, recruitment, and onboarding processes. This is an entry-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefit information.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and coordinating candidate travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing special projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, including those related to benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
