VIGILINT is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of VIGILINT Telemedicine Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to travelers and coordinating medical care for members and non-members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage VIGILINT's telemedicine operations during assigned shifts.
- Provide real-time crisis support for travelers, including executing medical transports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center and/or medical practice.
- Prior experience with Epic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
