We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while developing your skills and experience in the human services field.

Key Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and assistance to our clients in their daily living activities">
  • Helping clients develop and achieve their personal goals and objectives">
  • Facilitating community involvement and socialization through outings and activities">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • ">
  • High school diploma or equivalent">
  • Minimum 18 years of age or older">
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with no more than 5 points">
  • Ability to provide transportation to clients in your own personal vehicle">
  • Six months of experience in the human services field preferred">
  • Successful clearance of state and federal background checks and a drug screen">

Additional Information

This is a full-time position working an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Ability to relocate to East Brunswick, NJ is required before starting work.
