Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on Retail policies and procedures, exercising good judgment to make sound decisions that benefit both customers and the bank.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions, referring customers to relevant services and products.
  • Meet and exceed customer experience and production goals, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record of developing comfort with sales activities and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally, both in appearance and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
