We are seeking a skilled LPN Float Specialist to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Float Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Job Summary:The LPN Float Specialist will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. This is a full-time contract position with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- 2 years of acute hospital experience
- State license to practice as an LPN
- IV therapy certification
- BLS certification
- Full-time commitment
- 2-year market float contracts available
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
