Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Dealer Operations Director to lead our dealer operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dealerships, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple dealerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations
