Job Title: Network Systems Manager

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Manager to lead the development and management of our internal tools and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the systems strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal tools and associated features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand, define, and drive the systems strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal tools and associated features.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners and Engineering Owners to align product priorities with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a product management capacity, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve product excellence and drive innovation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, UAT, and deployment of all new systems and features.
  • Drive the creation of high-quality features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with planning, IP, Optical, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience within the telecom industry.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner with a knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS tools.
  • 3+ years of experience designing analytics products, solving problems using data, and providing business insights.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex tools/systems from conception to launch.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics and making data-backed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in computer science, engineering, network infrastructure technologies, and a strong aptitude for knowledge of complex technical systems.
  • Proficiency in telecom technologies, OSS/BSS tools, and associated architectures.
  • MBA or Master's in a relevant field.
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative and user-friendly product solutions.
Compensation:

$132,000/year to $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
