Job Title: Janitorial Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
