Role Summary:

The Project Manager is tasked with co-leading the global advancement of R&D initiatives, aimed at optimizing the product's potential. The PM will collaborate closely with a Program Leader to formulate, uphold, and execute the prioritized product strategy across all development phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the cross-functional global program team in executing strategic planning and delivering the integrated development agenda.
  2. Engage in key expert team meetings (CDT, CMC, Preclinical, RA, and others as necessary).
  3. Lead monthly Global Project Team meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and discussions.
  4. Co-chair the Project Submission Team alongside the Regulatory Affairs lead as required.
  5. Proactively identify and manage risks and emerging challenges, ensuring timely decision-making with appropriate cross-functional input.
  6. Develop and oversee comprehensive product plans in Planisware, accurately reflecting timelines and interdependencies, and create scenario plans as needed.
  7. Support team alignment for work planning and governance processes, presenting to management when necessary.
  8. Assist in the creation of development documentation (TPP, IDP, DPP, monthly reports, dashboards, etc.) and ensure all relevant program documents are updated, approved, and uploaded to designated platforms.
  9. Participate in Global Project Leadership initiatives.

Note: Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis without visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for non-local candidates.
