Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing high-quality collision repairs, including body work, frame repairs, and vehicle paint work on various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Inspecting, identifying, and repairing any structural or cosmetic damage on vehicles.
  • Disassembling and reassembling vehicle parts as needed.
  • Utilizing various tools and equipment to perform body and frame repairs.
  • Preparing and painting vehicles to match original factory finish.
  • Documenting all repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle.
  • Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide updates on repair progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician.
  • Proficiency in body repair and painting techniques.
  • Knowledge of frame repair and body alignment.
  • A basic understanding of automotive systems and parts.
  • The ability to read and interpret repair orders and estimates.
