Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grooming Expert to join our team at Ruffin Inn Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent grooming services to our clients while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Description:
  • Comprehensive Grooming: Deliver comprehensive grooming services including bathing, trimming, and styling for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
  • Pet Health and Wellness: Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, recommending appropriate treatments as needed.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, offering advice and updates on their pets' grooming needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Education: Previous grooming experience and a passion for animal care.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with pet owners and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle pets with patience and care, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Work Environment: Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$65,000 based on industry standards, location, and level of experience.
