Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to lead our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in panel fit and alignment, disassembly of vehicles, final assembly of vehicle, block sanding of primer area, and application of bondo to body repair area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, cutting, fitting, and welding replacement parts into place, and repairing vehicles to their pre-accident condition. They will also ensure efficient work and maintain company minimum standards, inspect all parts and areas of the vehicles scheduled to be repaired, and review repair orders prior to beginning any work on the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve high-quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Perform complex repairs including panel fit and alignment, disassembly, and final assembly of vehicles
  • Apply seam sealers and corrosion protection to specifications as per manufacturer's instructions
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collision repair
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
