Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Utilize state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine repair, drive train/axles, suspension/steering, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, and engine performance.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Effectively communicate diagnosis and needed repairs to sales staff and customers, providing clear and concise explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
