Seasonal Business Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Tax Associate to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Business Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
- Prepare and file business and personal tax returns
- Provide tax advice and explanations to customers
- Utilize commercial tax preparation software to prepare tax returns
- Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
- Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
- Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination
