Caregiver Med Tech

The Caregiver Med Tech is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents. This role involves administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Document medication administration and resident care in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist residents with self-administration of medications
- Count narcotics in accordance with company policy
- Participate in the life enrichment program and engage with residents
- Comply with company training requirements and policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Previous Med Passer experience required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
