Job Title: Lead Mental Health Clinician

Warren Village Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our mental health program, you will provide clinical services and leadership to support the well-being of our youth and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strengths-focused, family-centered, culturally competent mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Promote a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing that engages and empowers youth and their caregivers to create and support healthy relationships and reach their goals.
  • Provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families served, including play therapy, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
  • Supervise and support the Mental Health Program staff and interns, including hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.
  • Oversee client waitlists and the referral and intake process for all Mental Health Clinicians on the team.
  • Support in the development and administration of the Mental Health Program budget.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree (MA) or equivalent in Social Work or another mental health discipline.
  • Two years minimum experience working in the mental health field with children, youth, and families.
  • One year of experience supervising a staff member.
  • Clinical license from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, Arabic, or Swahili) highly preferred.
  • Lived experience in homelessness or housing instability, including an alumni of Warren Village.
Work Environment:

The working environment is typically that of an office using a personal computer, adding machine, and other equipment. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served.

Physical Demands:

Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 lbs. Primarily a stationary position. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office/facility to access file cabinets, storage spaces, access units, and building spaces by utilizing stairs, office machinery, etc.
