Hardware Deployment Specialist

The Tech Refresh project is a critical initiative to upgrade the company's hardware infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for receiving, unboxing, and deploying new hardware devices, as well as decommissioning old equipment.

• Deploy 8-10 machines per day, ensuring timely completion of the project.
• Work with various hardware devices, including carts, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the project's goals and objectives.
• Document all activities and ensure accurate tracking of progress.

The project involves refreshing 9000 devices, with a pilot phase starting with 1000 devices. The team will focus on clinics in Metairie, Kenner, LaPlace, Luling, and Destrehan, as well as potentially New Orleans. The goal is to complete the refresh before the end of the year.
