About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our team at Massage Envy Greenwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality skin care services, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skin care trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 500 hours of skincare education and relevant experience.
- Current licensure to perform services in Indiana.
- Passion for helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
