HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer ionizing radiation treatments to patients as directed by the physician, adhering to departmental protocols, state regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in the strategic planning of the Radiation Oncology Unit, aiming to improve patient care quality while aligning with the institution's mission.
Qualifications:
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy certification.
  • Associate of Science in Radiation Therapy or an Associate in Radiologic Science with Radiation Therapy Certification.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the technical and theoretical aspects of Radiation Oncology, with certification from an ARRT-accredited institution.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Completion of Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • ARRT registered (R) (CT).
    • CPR-BLS certification.
    • Texas Medical Board-MRT certification.
    • Radiologic Technologist certification in Texas.
