As a Mathnasium instructor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality math instruction to students in-center, online, or through hybrid delivery
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
- Staying up-to-date with digital educational materials and processes
- Maintaining a safe and professional learning environment
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for math and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with our organization
- Strong math competency, with a minimum of Algebra I
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
