**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team in LITITZ, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising activities across various retail locations.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will be required to merchandise brands across multiple categories, including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more.

Responsibilities

  • Locating merchandise in the backroom (stockroom / warehouse) of stores to place product on the floor.
  • Stocking and packing out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Front-facing products to make sure product shelves look their best.
  • Receiving marketing and promotional materials at home and bringing them to the store.
  • Installing and placing promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure our clients' products stand out.
  • Display setup and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store.
  • Resetting displays or product areas based on client needs, which may include full remodels or placing new product and shifting current product to a new shelf location.
  • Answering simple, step-by-step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
  • Taking photos of completed work to demonstrate success.

Requirements

  • Access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area.
  • A smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
