Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor (LCSW/LPC) to join our team at ABCS Of Building Better Lives. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30-client hours per week. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families with diverse DSM 5 diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families with diverse DSM 5 diagnoses.
- Utilize a variety of counseling approaches including CBT, DBT, Trauma-informed Care, Brief Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, 12-Step Recovery, EFT, etc.
- Function independently and interdependently as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. This is a full-time W2 employee position offering good pay/compensation for work done, flexible work schedule and hours, some cost-sharing benefits, holiday pay, and the opportunity to work as part of a highly trained and positive team.
