Pawnbroker Associate

We are seeking a talented Pawnbroker Associate to join our team at Cash America Pawn. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

Estimated Salary: $17-$20 per hour

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for greeting and interacting with customers, processing sales and loan transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
• Process sales and loan transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
