Registered Nurse

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in guiding patients along their path to healing, providing individualized care that addresses their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to facilitate their recovery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- A competitive hourly rate range of $40-$65 per hour, with compensation determined by years of experience and applicable certifications.

- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
