Job Summary

The Data Analyst conducts analysis and reporting in support of business operations, special projects/initiatives, and strategic planning activities of the Talent Management department. This role contributes to the development of new processes or procedures for required analytics and applies them to gather, organize, and review key business data and metrics. The Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating, synthesizing, reporting, and analyzing data from various Talent Management sources and systems.

The ideal candidate will work directly with Firm leaders to analyze data and RFPs for business development, ESG, recruiting, and human capital management. They will also support data needs related to ad-hoc diversity client requests and departmental reporting, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.

This role requires a passion for making data-driven decisions and a strong understanding of MS Office tools, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience with reporting and query tools, databases, and data management is also essential. The successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced skills in Workday reporting and analytics, dashboard creation, and Prism analytics big data management.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
