RN Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24-hour operation of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and manage patient care delivered to a designated population.
- Oversee the 24-hour operation of the Emergency Department, including leadership, budget preparation, and fiscal management.
- Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.
- Collaborate with department directors and other hospital functions to achieve interdisciplinary patient care.
- Bachelor's Degree or obtained within 4 years of hire date.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in an acute hospital environment.
- 2 years of experience in a related specialty unit.
- Master's Degree.
- 2 years of management experience.
