About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our cutting-edge smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH's smart home technology in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
