Key Responsibilities- Complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks at customer sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of crane equipment, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Provide quick quotes to customers for repair and maintenance services, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Supervise and support site-based technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication with the branch office, reporting any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with the branch service supervisor to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and adhere to all established safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in industrial electrical/mechanical technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in crane service or related field; six months experience as a service technician preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to work varied overtime and be available for on-call duties.
