Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory in optimal condition for sales readiness
  • Exhibit proficiency in all phases of the sales process
  • Facilitate vehicle transactions utilizing CDK and VinSolutions
  • Guide sales teams in effective closing techniques through training and active engagement
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and implement improvements as necessary
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions for Product Specialists
  • Mentor both novice and seasoned sales representatives on performance enhancement strategies
  • Oversee follow-up procedures for prospective buyers by developing and managing a CRM system

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Car Sales Manager is essential
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
