Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in optimal condition for sales readiness
- Exhibit proficiency in all phases of the sales process
- Facilitate vehicle transactions utilizing CDK and VinSolutions
- Guide sales teams in effective closing techniques through training and active engagement
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and implement improvements as necessary
- Conduct regular sales training sessions for Product Specialists
- Mentor both novice and seasoned sales representatives on performance enhancement strategies
- Oversee follow-up procedures for prospective buyers by developing and managing a CRM system
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Car Sales Manager is essential
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
