About Our Team

You will be working closely with another experienced Child Care Teacher in the classroom, assisting with hands-on activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children. Effective communication with parents is essential, as you document and share significant milestones in their child's day.

Requirements
  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, meeting minimum education and experience requirements: a high school diploma or GED, 6 ECE units completed (including Child Development, Child Family Community, and two curriculum courses), and demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service.
  • Prior early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree are preferred but not mandatory.
