Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on theater infrastructure and property, including floors, fixtures, walls, plumbing, electrical components, furniture, and more.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of tools, supplies, and designated storage areas.
- Dispose of waste, damaged parts, and supplies after completing repair tasks.
- Regularly inspect and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the theater for the next day's operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on maintenance requirements and communicate needs for supplies.
- Monitor building security during non-operating hours and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols using Personal Protective Equipment and report any security concerns to management.
- Undertake cleaning tasks as required and adapt to varying cleaning demands.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Flexible availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent attendance and a proactive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Capability to work both independently and within a team, following instructions diligently.
- Ability to act promptly and responsibly in addressing tasks.
- Access to reliable transportation for supply acquisition.
- Physically capable of performing bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Regular standing, walking, and maneuvering around the theater.
- Potential moderate to high noise levels.
- Ability to work standing up for prolonged durations.
