Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Assist in managing public and private construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Heavy Construction Operations: Gain experience in heavy construction activities, including asphalt plant operations, construction crew management, and equipment maintenance.
- Business Management: Work with the Operations Manager to review monthly projections, understand job costs, and analyze financial statements.
- Aggregate Manufacturing and Sales: Spend time working in an aggregate location, learning about various materials, operations, and logistics.
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and understand construction-related documents and reports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
