  • Facilitate the learning process to meet curriculum objectives, clearly communicating goals for lessons and projects.
  • Utilize effective instructional strategies and resources to achieve educational outcomes.
  • Maintain a disciplined and conducive classroom atmosphere, promoting appropriate student behavior.
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Design individualized learning plans and refer students to specialized support when necessary.
  • Administer standardized assessments as part of the educational evaluation process.
  • Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding academic and behavioral development.
  • Create a supportive classroom environment that aligns with students' maturity and interests.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Commissioned Officers and Chief Warrant Officers must possess a Bachelor's Degree for Senior Instructor roles.
  • Chief Warrant Officers and Noncommissioned Officers are required to have an Associate's Degree within five years of employment.
  • Certification as a Military Instructor for the Reserve Officers' Training Corps is necessary.
  • Completion of a background check is mandatory.
  • Must be a retired member of the military or currently serving in active duty or reserves.
