Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Behavior Therapist. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers
Requirements
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and training
