About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rail Terminal Operator to join our team at Pacific Rail Services. As a Rail Terminal Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our intermodal ramp services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and cranes, to move containers and trailers
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Assist with loading and unloading containers and trailers
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a 7-year pre-employment screening
  • Pass a drug test and a physical capabilities test
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
