Job Details:
We're seeking a seasoned Permanent Data Analyst to join our team in the Finance industry. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two years of experience in handling, analyzing, and interpreting complex financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information using our in-house business intelligence tools, verifying data accuracy, identifying trends, and creating department-specific reports. This role requires a deep understanding of various software such as SAP Business Objects, SSMS, Power BI, Salesforce, and Azure Databricks.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial information using in-house business intelligence tools. Verify data accuracy and identify trends to support decision-making processes. Build comprehensive reports using a combination of business intelligence platforms. Create department-specific reports and interpret useful information from data mining queries. Maintain standard reports and support the effort to automate additional reports as requested by management. Determine requirements for new reports by consulting with requestors. Participate in special projects, preparing documents for data accuracy, dictionary, and version controls. Execute and analyze processes, recommending improvements based on data findings. Write narrative reports including project scope, activities undertaken, findings, and recommendations. Document new procedures for software implementations. Serve as a backup to the Risk Management Team on process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the finance industry. Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects, SSMS, Power BI, Salesforce, and Azure Databricks. Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial information. Exceptional data management and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. Proven experience in process improvement and software implementation. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
