In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of residents, providing direct nursing care and offering physical or emotional support as needed.
We have recently increased our pay rates, and we offer excellent shift differentials, weekend bonuses, and incentives for extra shifts.Available Positions:
2 Full-time Night Shift Roles
1 Evening Shift Role
3 Full-time Day Shift Roles, 1 Part-time Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify patient care needs, prioritizing their requirements and acting accordingly.
• Foster a nurturing environment by delivering emotional support.
• Address or report on residents' needs or concerns.
• Administer medications and perform necessary treatments.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and the care provided. Enter orders and conduct assessments.
• Respond to medical emergencies.
• Adhere to care regulations and standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in nursing.
• Knowledge of current professional and technical practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities.
• Current nursing license - Assistance available for obtaining an Emergency COVID IL license for out-of-state applicants.
