Concierge PRN Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge PRN to join our team at Heart Hospital of Austin. As a Concierge PRN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring that our patients and their families feel welcome and supported during their stay with us.

• Greet patients and families upon arrival and notify registration of their arrival
• Obtain cell phone numbers of waiting family members and perform lobby rounding to ensure patients are kept aware of their wait time expectations
• Write descriptions of family members and provide resource information as needed
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the patient and their families' needs are met
• Know Code colors and assist per disaster policies
• Oversee Lobby and contact necessary resources for all event occurrences
• Perform all necessary office and other duties opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain departmental records and keep information sheets updated

• High School Graduate / GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Code colors and disaster policies
