Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution/Raw Receiving Associate to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve products from storage areas based on customer orders, utilizing a reach lift and scanner to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Create master pallet labels using the scanner to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Transport products to shipping areas using a reach lift, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Account for all products on order, loading them onto the correct trailer using a forklift and scanner.
  • Verify that all products are properly graded and loaded according to load specifications.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of workplace safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds and work in a cold environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Basic English, reading comprehension, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to obtain a jack license and cross-train in other areas.
