Housekeeping Dispatcher

We're seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Dispatcher to support our Resort operations. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring prompt and efficient guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between resort guests and housekeeping staff, responding to all incoming calls and requests.
- Run daily clean/dirty unit reports and record, delegate, and monitor housekeeping productivity for timely completion.
- Report status of assignments and communicate readiness of units to Front Desk and management.
- Perform basic clerical assignments and observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to direct personnel to achieve desired results and prioritize customer and operational needs.
