Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience. As a full-time Sentricon Pest Control Technician, you will enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits including generous time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, Roth IRA, medical, dental and vision insurance, high deductible HSA, telemedicine, disability, cancer, and accident insurance, health & wellness suite, and company-paid + additional, optional, life insurance.



Job Description

This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. As a Sentricon Pest Control Technician, you will provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers through proper installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems.

You will collect service payments from customers and be always patient and more than happy to answer questions. You will take pride in your work and keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution. Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate your professionalism and drive for excellence.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • The ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • No prior experience necessary; we will train the right person
