Job Summary:As a Staff RN, you will provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute healthcare settings. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:- Provides professional nursing care services to patients according to department policies and nursing care standards.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of nursing practices and standards.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification.
- BSN required at 5 years of employment.
