Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift position with a Monday to Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The position requires flexibility to adapt to operational needs.

Compensation:

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package, taking into account relevant work experience. External hires may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, prorated based on FTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care in a patient-centered environment, promoting healthy lifestyles and wellness.
  • Join a team of Internal Medicine providers in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, gynecological care, and urgent care for patients over 18 years old.
  • Responsible for nurse visits, wound care, injections, discharge review, and patient phone calls/messages.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from an accredited Practical Nurse Program
  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
