We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team full time. This role will involve collaborating closely with Surgeons, Medical and Radiation Oncologists, Radiologists, and ancillary staff to deliver exemplary patient care.

Surgical Programs

Our institution offers a comprehensive range of surgical services including Colorectal, Orthopedics, Plastic and Reconstructive, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of these programs and play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in treating patients with breast cancer and possess strong surgical skills. You will also be expected to participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and other professional development activities.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a MGMA-competitive salary for two years, followed by wRVU-based production and quality-based compensation. A sign-on bonus and relocation bonus may also be available.

In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, 403(b) retirement plan, deferred compensation 457(b) plan, CME reimbursement up to $3,000, and one week of CME time. We also offer occurrence-based malpractice insurance.

Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology.
  • Proven experience in breast cancer surgery.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Interest in other areas of Surgical Oncology or General Surgery is a plus but not required.
