CCTC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to oversee the clinical and operational aspects of our clinical team(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the team, as well as maintaining a high level of treatment integrity.
The Lead Clinician will lead their respective team(s) and manage a proactive relationship with children, families, and school communities. They will also work to maintain a census/caseload that meets the program budget standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality services and treatment integrity
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff
- Manage caseloads and census to meet program budget standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Masters or doctorate degree in social work, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a similar field
- PA license in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or clinical social work (preferred)
- 3 years of experience providing direct clinical services to children and families
- At least 2 years of post-Master's degree experience in the mental health field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
Covid-19 vaccination required.
