About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Catering Assistant to join our team at Bupa Pottsville Beach. As a key member of our care home's culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and dining services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, meal service, and cleaning of dining areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment, adhering to legislated food hygiene and safety practices
• Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks, including laundry and cleaning

Requirements

• Cert III Hospitality or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
• Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
