Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Washington Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex imaging procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, using various imaging modalities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the imaging process
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Arkansas
  • At least 3 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or related field
  • Strong knowledge of imaging modalities, including fluoroscopy and angiography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Merge hemodynamics and EP equipment
  • Knowledge of Siemens and Phillips imaging equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
