We are seeking a skilled ARRT Certified CT Scan Technologist to join our prestigious team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to perform advanced diagnostic imaging in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and radiologic imaging procedures as directed by physicians.
- Ensure correct patient positioning and employ the best imaging techniques to achieve optimal results.
- Operate and maintain CT and radiologic equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient performance.
- Provide clear and compassionate explanations of imaging procedures to patients, addressing any concerns professionally.
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to assess and interpret imaging results.
- Accurately document patient information according to institutional protocols.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT (R)) and Computed Tomography (ARRT (CT)).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
