Job Summary

As a Gymnastics and Ninja Instructor with The Granite YMCA, you will represent the organization as a team leader in gymnastics. Your primary responsibility is to provide a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience for participants of various ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement gymnastics classes based on the YUSA-Gymnastics Progressive program and ninja training using the G2N Ninja System.
  • Effectively communicate with staff, parents, and class participants to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Maintain a safe environment by supervising students within the class structure.
  • Teach children aged 3-14 in both preschool and school-aged programs.
Working Conditions

You will be available to work during morning 'mothers hours' for preschool classes and after afternoon school-age classes for both gymnastics and ninja programs. Weekend hours are also available.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is between $14-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a part-time employee, you will enjoy flexible hours, leadership development opportunities, paid training, and access to staff benefits.
