Position Summary: We are in search of a driven and career-oriented individual to fill the role of Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Research and address unique and complex legal challenges.
  • Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Prepare and argue significant motions, including dispositive motions.
  • Engage in mediations and arbitrations.
  • Assist in trial preparation.

Compensation: The anticipated salary for the ideal candidate, who demonstrates the right blend of experience, skills, and determination, is $175,000 annually. All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
